A boon to Commerce City’s schools

The Adams 14 Education Foundation, which offers wide-ranging support to our local school district, has brought in new leadership. The foundation posted an announcement to social media detailing the development:

Adams 14 Education Foundation is excited to introduce Josh Gold as the new executive director.

Josh is a Colorado native and lives in Aurora with his wife and two kids (an eighth-grader and a fifth-grader.) As the son of a third grade teacher, he sees how the power of education can change a child's life.

Josh shared with us, "I am excited to be a part of the Adams 14 Education Foundation to support students, families, and staff of the Adams 14 School District. It is a privilege to work alongside the amazing staff and teachers to change the lives of thousands of students.”

Josh looks forward to meeting you all soon and will be visiting many of the schools during their back-to-school nights and Adams City High School Homecoming parade. Go Eagles!

Let’s welcome Josh aboard. He has an important mission ahead. The foundation provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors in our community and offers other kinds of support to our schools. Learn more about the Adams 14 Education Foundation here.
